四月的上海，阳光温柔地洒向大地，处处洋溢着生机与活力。在世外小学国际部活力节的号召下，二年级学生与上海康东青少年体育俱乐部的教练们一起，开启了一场精彩纷呈的网球、击剑与跑酷运动体验之旅。
The gentle sunlight in Shanghai spills over the land, and vitality and vigor are everywhere. Responding to the call of the Well-being Festival of WFL International Division, the year two students, together with the coaches from Shanghai Kangdong Youth Sports Club, embarked on a wonderful journey of experiencing tennis, fencing, and parkour.
踏入田林体育俱乐部，孩子们如同欢快的小鸟，在老师有条不紊的引导下，迅速完成分组。随后，在专业教练的带领下，他们迫不及待地奔向各个运动场地，眼中闪烁着对未知挑战的好奇与渴望。
Upon entering Tianlin Sports Club, the children were eager and excited. Under the methodical guidance of the teachers, they quickly formed groups. Then, led by professional coaches, they rushed to various sports fields, their eyes shining with curiosity and eagerness to experience some unknown challenges.
在网球场上，教练耐心地从基础的握拍姿势教起，手把手纠正孩子们的动作。孩子们全神贯注，小手紧紧握住球拍，身体微微前倾，认真模仿着每一个击球动作。虽然他们的动作还稍显笨拙，但稚嫩的脸庞上写满专注。每当成功将球击出，清脆的击球声与孩子们兴奋的欢呼声交织在一起，在球场上空回荡，勾勒出一幅充满童趣与活力的运动画面。
On the tennis court, the coach patiently started teaching the basic racket grip posture and corrected the children's movements hand by hand. The children were fully focused, gripping the racket tightly with their small hands, their bodies slightly leaning forward, and carefully imitating every hitting motion. Although their movements were still a bit clumsy, their innocent faces were filled with concentration. Every time they successfully hit the ball, the crisp sound of the ball being struck and the children's excited cheers intertwined and echoed above the tennis court, painting a lively and energetic sports picture full of childlike innocence.
移步击剑场馆，孩子们换上挺括的击剑服，头戴面罩，瞬间变身英姿飒爽的 “小剑客”。教练生动地讲解着击剑的规则与技巧，孩子们围成一圈，聚精会神地聆听，还不时提出问题。实战模拟环节，他们手持剑柄，目光坚定，做出标准的防守与进攻姿势。进退之间，剑影闪烁，一招一式尽显认真与果敢，在攻防转换中感受着击剑运动的优雅与魅力。
Moving to the fencing hall, the children put on neat fencing uniforms and masks, instantly transforming into dashing "little fencers". The coach vividly explained the rules and techniques of fencing. The children gathered in a circle, listened attentively, and occasionally asked questions. During the practical simulation session, they held the sword handles with firm eyes and made standard defensive and offensive postures. As they advanced and retreated, the sword shadows flickered. Every move showed their seriousness and determination, and they felt the elegance and charm of the fencing sport in the transformation between offense and defense.
跑酷区域则是另一番热火朝天的景象。高低错落的障碍设施仿佛在向孩子们发起挑战。教练仔细地强调安全要点，并亲身示范跑酷动作。孩子们摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。他们勇敢地跨越栏杆、敏捷地攀爬矮墙，在一次次挑战中突破自我，释放出无限的活力与潜能。汗水浸湿了衣衫，却丝毫没有减弱他们的热情，每一次成功跨越障碍后的欢呼，都展现着他们的自信与成长。
The parkour area presented a bustling scene. The uneven obstacle facilities seemed to be challenging the children. The coach carefully emphasized the safety points and demonstrated the parkour movements in person. The children were eager to have a try, rubbing their hands in anticipation. They bravely leaped over the railings and nimbly climbed over the low walls, facing each challenge and releasing boundless vitality and potential. Their clothes were soaked with sweat, but it didn't dampen their enthusiasm at all. The cheers after each successful obstacle crossing showed their confidence and growth.
此次校外体育实践，不仅让孩子们掌握了丰富的运动知识与技巧，更在他们心中种下了热爱运动的种子。锻炼体魄的同时，勇敢、坚韧的品质也在潜移默化中得到培养。相信未来，这些充满活力的孩子们，将带着这份对运动的热爱，在人生的道路上继续勇敢前行，绽放属于自己的光彩。This off-campus sports practice not only enabled the children to master rich sports knowledge and skills but also planted the seeds of a love for different sports in their hearts. While building up their physical strength, the qualities of bravery and perseverance were also cultivated subtly. Due to this small taste of other sports, these energetic children will continue to move forward bravely on the road of life with the knowledge that they can try anything and they can shine in their own brilliance.
